This product is a smart carbon monoxide and smoke combo detector, adopting microprocessor control. The electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor is stable and reliable with low current consumption and small sensitivity drift.

How to connect the WiFi?
Step 1: Load new battery, the device will automatically turn on, please wait 30 seconds. (the Indicator light flashes about 30 times).
Please Note: This is a safety protection device. Please install new battery.
Step 2: Open the mobile app "Tuya" or "Smart Life", click the "+" in the upper right corner, and select "Add Device".
Step 3: You need to press the device 4 times in quick succession. Put the device into connection mode, and the phone will automatically search and discover it. (After press 4 times, can see the red light flash eight times, then switch to the green light to flash, indicating that the device has entered the connection mode)
Step 4: Click it and enter your WiFi account and password, it only supports 2.4GHz frequency. Please quickly enter your WiFi account and password. The connection mode is valid for only 60 seconds. If it exceeds 60 seconds, the connection will fail. (Note: After the timeout, you need to exit and operate again)
Step 5: Make sure your WiFi frequency is 2.4GHz. The device does not support 5G networks.Make sure your WiFi account and password are correct. If the error will cause the connection fails.
Note: Reasons for connection failure:
1. After the device enters the connection mode, the valid connection time is only 60 seconds. If it exceeds 60 seconds, the connection mode will be turned off.
2. Not connected to a 2.4GHz network. Or entered the wrong WiFi account and password.
3. The device and the mobile phone are too far from the router, and the poor signal causes the connection to time out.
Investigation and Solutions: Make sure the device has entered the connection mode. Make sure to enter the 2.4G network and check the account and password. Bring the device and mobile phone close to the router as soon as possible.
(When the connection fails, please exit the device and the APP from the connection mode, and then try to connect it again following the steps)
How to test the smoke?
In the smoke test, you can inhale a puff of smoke, and then use a straw to spray the smoke into the side gap of the device, so that the smoke enters the interior, and the sensor will recognize the smoke and issue an alarm sound. (Note: 11 round holes in the surface are sound outlets)
When the device is abnormal in use, please try to replace another brand of new battery first, because the smoke sensor is a low-power device, it will be sensitive to battery voltage. According to the feedback of most users, the cause of the battery is more than 90%. After installing the new battery, wait 30 seconds, then press the device once to let it automatically check all functions.
