01/Notices:

Application:the heaters for water/liquid,cannot dry burning.

Material difference:Copper material and Incoloy are the upgrade of stainless steel material
The copper material is suitable for the water quality partial alkalinity,if the water quality is too acidic,you cannot use copper material.
In the process of use,if the customer found that the red copper and 304stainless steel material can not withstand the corrosion of water quality,you can try to use Incoloy 800(Heat resistant,corrosion resistant,anti-oxidation).

Attention

1. Heaters are industrial products, not vase. some may have flaws, such as weld, such as stainless steel trace and polish trace,that's normal.

2. Because the heating wire inside the heater tube is made of OCr25A15 which is Magnetic, it is normal that the element can be adsorbed by magnet.

Instructions for use

1. Before installation please use multimeter to measure the power. If there is no problem after measured,then can be installed. If there is no power, please contact with us.

2. How to measure the power: Please note: Under the condition of insulation,the International standard for the heater power accept allowance -10%~+5%,the heater size accept allowance +0.5mm-0.5mm,If you care about it, please do not make order. Thanks:)
